2. Brief & Collaborate

Our talented team of designers are amazing in every way (and modest too!) – but we aren’t mind readers. After ordering, you’ll be redirected to our simple design brief.  Take some time by telling us exactly what you want.

We’ll also provide you with industry trends & insight to help you gain that competitive edge. This industry research and competitive analysis is important – especially if you decide to trademark your final design.

This is when we get the ball rolling!

3. Revise & Finalize

We’ll work together along the way to ensure that you’re over the moon about your new logo design.

Upon final approval, you’ll receive the original vector artwork files (.ai, .eps) along all of the file formats that you’ll need to start branding your business (.jpg, .png. gif. .pdf), that you own all final rights to.

If you want – we can even stay in touch and work together on future projects (no spam, we promise!).

Our process is clean and simple like our designs.

Your logo will be custom designed, based on your design brief details. Our goal is to give you the highest quality, custom logo design for the most reasonable price.

At Logo Design NYC we don’t do short cuts, clip-art, or template based software like other so-called “logo designers” you’ll find on the first page of Google.

Every design is created with you in mind – made from scratch – using our licensed Adobe Creative Cloud softwares.

There are a lot of uncertainties about design services these days because of the Do-It-Yourself, or logo design contest websites.  Here’s a few Frequently Asked Questions to help clear up any concerns.

Why do I need a logo?

Your logo is the visual representation for your business’s brand. It becomes a readily-identifiable symbol of the brand, which helps keep your business front-of-mind for the people you will turn into customers.

What is vector format? Why do I need it for my logo?

A vector format digital image, made of lines and shapes, instead of pixels.  This allows you to resize that logo without making it blurry (or “Pixelated”).  Designing a logo in vector format results in a crisper, cleaner look on websites and other marketing materials.

What file formats will I receive?

Upon completion of the project, you will receive original and editable files in AI, EPS, PSD formats along with preview files in JPG, PDF and PNG formats.

What is the turnaround time for the initial design concepts?

For our Basic, Standard, & Pro design packages, the general turnaround time to create the initial logo design concepts is 24-48 hours.

For custom design packages, the turnaround time will vary.

Will I be able to make revisions?

Yes. Each design package comes with a set amount of revisions rounds.  While most agencies only let you choose only one (1) logo design to make edits, we will modify all design concepts created throughout the process.  

Note:  It is recommended narrow down the selections from each round to avoid additional rounds needed outside of the selected package.

What is the turnaround time for revisions?

Each round of revisions generally take 24-48 hours, depending on the amount of edits requested. Holidays may vary.

Does Logo Design NYC use clip art or ready made logos?

No. The usage of readymade designs or clipart is entirely prohibited at Logo Design NYC.  We promise to deliver you an original design, created by our own experts.

Will I own the Copyrights for my selected design?

Yes.  Once the design is finalized, you’ll receive a downloadable copyright transfer document. With the completion of your project, you become an owner of the copyright for your logo design.

What rights does Logo Design NYC retain to the final artwork?

Logo Design NYC reserves the right to display any artwork, ideas or sketches created for this project in our portfolio or case studies, in various online galleries and in logo process posts as examples of client work.

If you are unhappy with Logo Design NYC displaying your logo design in portfolios and in other online inspiration galleries, please discuss this with us before proceeding with the project order, as additional fees may apply.

Does Logo Design NYC sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement)?

Yes.  We work with large brand who plan their products or services in advance, who may wish to keep their trade secrets private.

Are there any hidden, or additional fees after placing the order?

No. You will get all features as mentioned in your purchased package (initial concepts & revisions) without paying any extra.  You are able to purchase additional services, extra revision rounds, etc (if required) at any time during the project.

What are the available payment methods?

Payment options are available to be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, ACH/Bank Transfer, or by using PayPal. Check, or money orders are also accepted on a case by case basis.

All online transactions and data transfers are processed through our secure website payment portal, backed with a 2048-bit encrypted SSL Certificate.
