You can expect to see your initial logo design concepts in 2-3 business days. Once you have selected from the initial concepts, the process is in your hands. If you respond in a timely manner, we can have your project done in as little as 3 days. We complete all revisions by the next business day.
A “logo design sample” is a flattened image produced from the creative brief at the beginning of the project. All logo design samples are unique. It is very important for you to provide as much direction as possible to help us design your logo.
A logo design revision is an alteration of font, alteration of color, or alteration of text/graphic layout. If a request is outside of these definitions, it would be considered an additional/new logo sample, and an additional charge will be required to proceed.
If you are not satisfied with the initial Basic Concepts provided by Logo Design NYC, Client may request a partial refund by completing the Refund Request form which will be provided to the Customer upon request. Upon timely receipt of the completed form, the Logo Design NYC directors and legal team will evaluate the reason for refund and if acceptable, the fifty percent (50%) of the entire payment made by the Customer will be refunded.
Most often, your printer and/or website designer will need an Adobe file type (AI, EPS, or PDF). You will receive these files along with JPG, PNG & GIF images, which can be used immediately in Word documents, Excel, Outlook, Website Logo Display, etc.
After your project is finalized your files will be emailed directly to you. This allows you to use the images immediately. At this point you may forward the files to your printer and website designer.
The final batch of logo design files will include these vector files (AI, EPS, PDF). Please forward these files to your printer and web designer.
Vector files are saved in percentages rather than pixels. This file type allows you to expand or contract the file while retaining its resolution. These files are also saved in layers which allow each individual component to be edited to change the overall composition.
After your files are released you have full ownership of the image. Remember to contact your attorney or law firm to protect your unique image. If you need an attorney that offers these services, let us know.
